The best part is, the BOV800XL actually remembers your settings for you and will resort to those to keep things precisely how you want them to be. This is a major time saver if you are in a hurry to get dinner on the table and really works well in a variety of situations with all kinds of different types of food. You can set the temps, but you can also enjoy the fact that it is energy efficient so you aren’t going to have to waste a lot of power running it. With the fact that it has 3 racks in place, you can decide where you want to heat things or even do more than one thing at a time if they heat similarly. The racks eject on their own slowly when you open the door so you don’t burn yourself reaching in to get your food. For just $230 this is a perfect toaster oven I definitely think was a great value.
